إِذَا مَاتَ وَلِيُّ الْمَقْتُولِ قَامَ وَلَدُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ مَقَامَهُ بِالدَّمِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) having said: ‘When a guardian of the killed-one dies, his son stands from after him in his place, with the blood (wergild)’.
