قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الصِّبْيَانِ قَالَ نَعَمْ فِي الْقَتْلِ يُؤْخَذُ بِأَوَّلِ كَلَامِهِ وَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ بِالثَّانِي مِنْهُ .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Is the testimony of the children allowed?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes, regarding the killing, he would be taken with the first of his speech, and he would not be taken from the second one from it’.
