سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ شَهَادَةِ الصَّبِيِّ قَالَ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَّا فِي الْقَتْلِ يُؤْخَذُ بِأَوَّلِ كَلَامِهِ وَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ بِالثَّانِي .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Muhammad Bin Humran who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the testimony of the child. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, except regarding the killing. He would be taken by the first of his speech, and he would not be taken by the second’.
