قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مِنْ أَيْنَ دَخَلَ عَلَى النَّاسِ الزِّنَا قُلْتُ لَا أَدْرِي جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ قَالَ مِنْ قِبَلِ خُمُسِنَا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ إِلَّا شِيعَتَنَا الْأَطْيَبِينَ فَإِنَّهُ مُحَلَّلٌ لَهُمْ لِمِيلَادِهِمْ .

علی بن ابراہیم، ان کے والد سے، ابن محبوب سے، زرَیس الکنانی سے، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "زنا لوگوں پر کہاں سے داخل ہوا؟" میں نے کہا: "میں نہیں جانتا، میں آپ پر قربان ہو جاؤں۔" انہوں نے (علیہ السلام) فرمایا: "ہمارے خمس کی طرف سے، اہلِ بیت کے خمس کی طرف سے، سوائے ہماری پاکیزہ شیعہ کے؛ کیونکہ ان کی ولادت کے سبب یہ ان کے لیے حلال ہے۔"
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Zureys Al Kunasy who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘From where did the adultery enter upon the people?’ I said, ‘I don’t know, may I be sacrificed for you<sup>asws</sup>!’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘From the direction of our<sup>asws</sup> Khums (fifth) of the People<sup>asws</sup> of the Household, except for our<sup>asws</sup> Shias who are the clean ones, for it is Permissible (Khums so that) for them for their births (to be also clean)’.
