John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ النِّسَاءِ فِي الرَّجْمِ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ ثَلَاثَةُ رِجَالٍ وَ امْرَأَتَانِ وَ إِذَا كَانَ رَجُلَانِ وَ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ لَمْ يَجُزْ فِي الرَّجْمِ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the testimony of the women regarding the stoning. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If there were three men and two women (then yes), and when there were two men and four women, it is not allowed regarding the stoning’.
