Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Umar Bin Yazeed who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who died and left his wife and she was pregnant. So she placed (gave birth) after his death, to a boy. Then the boy died after falling to the ground. So the woman who was the midwife testified that he had lived, and cried when he fell to the ground, then died’. Heasws said: ‘It is upon the Imamasws that heasws allows her testimony with regards to a quarter of the inheritance of the boy’.
