أُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْغُلَامِ صَاحَ أَمْ لَمْ يَصِحْ وَ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِيهِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Abu Nasr, from Dawood Bin Sirhan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘I<sup>asws</sup> do allow the testimony of the woman regarding the (new-born) boy whether he cried or not cried, and regarding everything which the men cannot look at, the testimony is allowed with regards to it’.
