رَجُلٍ شَهِدَ عَلَى شَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ فَجَاءَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ لَمْ أُشْهِدْهُ فَقَالَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ أَعْدَلِهِمَا .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Washa, from Aban Bin Usman, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who testified upon the testimony of a man, so the man came over, so he said, ‘I did not (appoint) him as a witness’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The testimony of the more just of the two would be acceptable’.
