سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ قَاضٍ بَيْنَ قَرْيَتَيْنِ يَأْخُذُ مِنَ السُّلْطَانِ عَلَى الْقَضَاءِ الرِّزْقَ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ السُّحْتُ .
اردو
ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے ایک ایسے قاضی کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جو دو بستیوں کے درمیان قضا کرتا ہے اور سلطان سے قضا کے بدلے رزق لیتا ہے۔ آپ (علیہ السلام) نے فرمایا: 'یہ سُحت (حرام مال) ہے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about a judge between two towns taking the livelihood from the ruling authorities upon the judgements. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘That is the ill-gotten (forbidden)’.
