قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ أَفْتَى النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَ لَا هُدًى مِنَ اللَّهِ لَعَنَتْهُ مَلَائِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ وَ مَلَائِكَةُ الْعَذَابِ وَ لَحِقَهُ وِزْرُ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِفُتْيَاهُ .

محمد بن یحییٰ نے، احمد بن محمد سے، ابن محبوب سے، ابن رئاب سے، ابو عبیدہ سے روایت کی، اس نے کہا: ابو جعفر علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: جو شخص لوگوں کو بغیر علم اور اللہ کی طرف سے ہدایت کے فتویٰ دے — اسے رحمت کے فرشتے اور عذاب کے فرشتے لعنت کرتے ہیں، اور جن لوگوں نے اس کے فتوے پر عمل کیا ان کے گناہ کا بوجھ اسے لاحق ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib, from Abu Ubeyda who said, ‘Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The one who issues Fatwas to the people without knowledge, and without Guidance from Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, the Angels of the Mercy, and the Angels of the Punishment curse him, and attach the burden to him of the ones who acted by his Fatwa’.
