قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ رَأْسِ الْحَاكِمِ تُرَفْرِفُ بِالرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا حَافَ وَكَلَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ .
اردو
امیر المومنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: 'اللہ کا ہاتھ حاکم کے سر کے اوپر رحمت کے ساتھ پرواز کرتا رہتا ہے۔ پس جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے تو اللہ اسے خود اس کے نفس کی طرف چھوڑ دیتا ہے۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The Hand of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> is above the head of the ruler fluttering with the Mercy. So when he is unjust, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Leaves him upon himself’.
