سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُقِيمُ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى حَقِّهِ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُسْتَحْلَفَ قَالَ لَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from one of his companions, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about the man who establishes the proof upon his right, is there upon him that he should be swearing an oath?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No’.
