إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ خَلَقَ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ خَلَقَ الْكَافِرَ مِنْ طِينَةِ النَّارِ وَ قَالَ إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْراً طَيَّبَ رُوحَهُ وَ جَسَدَهُ فَلَا يَسْمَعُ شَيْئاً مِنَ الْخَيْرِ إِلَّا عَرَفَهُ وَ لَا يَسْمَعُ شَيْئاً مِنَ الْمُنْكَرِ إِلَّا أَنْكَرَهُ قَالَ وَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الطِّينَاتُ ثَلَاثٌ طِينَةُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ تِلْكَ الطِّينَةِ إِلَّا أَنَّ الْأَنْبِيَاءَ هُمْ مِنْ صَفْوَتِهَا هُمُ الْأَصْلُ وَ لَهُمْ فَضْلُهُمْ وَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْفَرْعُ مِنْ طِينٍ لَازِبٍ كَذَلِكَ لَا يُفَرِّقُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بَيْنَهُمْ وَ بَيْنَ شِيعَتِهِمْ وَ قَالَ طِينَةُ النَّاصِبِ مِنْ حَمَإٍ مَسْنُونٍ وَ أَمَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفُونَ فَمِنْ تُرَابٍ لَا يَتَحَوَّلُ مُؤْمِنٌ عَنْ إِيمَانِهِ وَ لَا نَاصِبٌ عَنْ نَصْبِهِ وَ لِلَّهِ الْمَشِيئَةُ فِيهِمْ .

بے شک اللہ عزوجل نے مومن کو جنت کی مٹی سے پیدا کیا اور کافر کو آگ کی مٹی سے پیدا کیا۔ اور آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: جب اللہ عزوجل کسی بندے کے ساتھ بھلائی کا ارادہ فرمائے تو اس کی روح اور جسم کو پاک کر دیتا ہے، پس وہ بھلائی میں سے کوئی چیز نہیں سنتا مگر اسے پہچانتا ہے اور برائی میں سے کوئی چیز نہیں سنتا مگر اسے رد کرتا ہے۔ راوی نے کہا: اور میں نے انہیں یہ فرماتے سنا: مٹیاں تین قسم کی ہیں — انبیاء کی مٹی، اور مومن اسی مٹی سے ہے، سوائے اس کے کہ انبیاء اس کے خالص حصے سے ہیں؛ وہ اصل ہیں اور ان کی اپنی فضیلت ہے، اور مومنین ایک چپکنے والی مٹی سے شاخیں ہیں۔ اسی طرح اللہ عزوجل ان کے اور ان کے شیعوں کے درمیان جدائی نہیں ڈالے گا۔ اور آپ نے فرمایا: ناصبی کی مٹی سیاہ ڈھالی ہوئی کیچڑ سے ہے؛ اور جہاں تک مستضعف ہیں تو وہ خاک سے ہیں۔ کوئی مومن اپنے ایمان سے نہیں بدلتا اور نہ کوئی ناصبی اپنی عداوت سے، اور ان کے بارے میں مشیت اللہ کی ہے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan, from Al Nazar Bin Shuayb, from Abdul Ghaffar Al Jaazy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> having said: ‘Allah<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Created the Believer from the clay of the Paradise, and Created the disbeliever from the clay of the Fire’. And he<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> said: ‘And when Allah<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Intends goodness with a servant, Cleans his soul and his body, so he does not hear anything from the goodness except that he recognises it, and he does not hear anything from the evil except that he rejects it’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And I heard him<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> saying: ‘The clays are three (types) – the clay of the Prophets<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup>, and the Believer is from that very clay except that the Prophets<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup>, they<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> are from its elite. They<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> are the roots, and for them<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> is their<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> merit, and the <span class="iTxt">Momineen (plural of Momin)</span> are the branches from the sticky clay, thus Allah<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic will not Separate between them<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> and their<sup style="font-weight: normal">as</sup> Shia’. And he<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> said: ‘The clay of the Hostile One (<span class="iTxt">Nasibi</span>) is from <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:15#h26"><a href="/books/quran:15#h26">[15:26]</a></a> from black mud Fashioned into shape</span>; and as for the weak ones (of understanding), so (they are) from dust. Neither does the Believer change over from his <span class="iTxt">Emān (belief)</span>, nor does the Hostile One (<span class="iTxt">Nasibi</span>) change over from his hostility, and for Allah<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup>, there is the Volition regarding them’.
