إِنَّ الْيَمِينَ الْفَاجِرَةَ تُنْغِلُ فِي الرَّحِمِ قَالَ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ مَا مَعْنَى تُنْغِلُ فِي الرَّحِمِ قَالَ تُعْقِرُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Talha Bin Zayd, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said that the immoral (false) oath locks the wombs’. I said, ‘May I be sacrificed for you<sup>asws</sup>! What is he meaning of ‘locks the wombs’?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It sterilises’.
