حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ الثُّمَالِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ جَلَّ وَ عَزَّ خَلَقَنَا مِنْ أَعْلَى عِلِّيِّينَ وَ خَلَقَ قُلُوبَ شِيعَتِنَا مِمَّا خَلَقَنَا مِنْهُ وَ خَلَقَ أَبْدَانَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِ ذَلِكَ وَ قُلُوبُهُمْ تَهْوِي إِلَيْنَا لِأَنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِمَّا خُلِقْنَا مِنْهُ ثُمَّ تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتابَ الْأَبْرارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ وَ ما أَدْراكَ ما عِلِّيُّونَ كِتابٌ مَرْقُومٌ يَشْهَدُهُ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ وَ خَلَقَ عَدُوَّنَا مِنْ سِجِّينٍ وَ خَلَقَ قُلُوبَ شِيعَتِهِمْ مِمَّا خَلَقَهُمْ مِنْهُ وَ أَبْدَانَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِ ذَلِكَ فَقُلُوبُهُمْ تَهْوِي إِلَيْهِمْ لِأَنَّهَا خُلِقَتْ مِمَّا خُلِقُوا مِنْهُ ثُمَّ تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتابَ الفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٍ وَ ما أَدْراكَ ما سِجِّينٌ كِتابٌ مَرْقُومٌ وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ .

محمد بن یحییٰ اور دیگر نے احمد بن محمد اور دیگر سے، انہوں نے محمد بن خلف سے، انہوں نے ابو نہشل سے روایت کی جنہوں نے کہا: مجھ سے محمد بن اسماعیل نے روایت کی، ابو حمزہ الثمالی سے جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابا جعفر علیہ السلام کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: بے شک اللہ جل وعز نے ہمیں اعلیٰ علیین سے پیدا کیا، اور ہمارے شیعہ کے دلوں کو اسی چیز سے پیدا کیا جس سے ہمیں پیدا کیا، اور ان کے جسموں کو اس سے نیچے کی چیز سے، اور ان کے دل ہماری طرف مائل ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ انہیں اسی چیز سے پیدا کیا گیا جس سے ہم پیدا کیے گئے۔ پھر آپ نے یہ آیات تلاوت فرمائیں: ہرگز نہیں! بے شک نیکوکاروں کی کتاب علیین میں ہے۔ اور تمہیں کیا معلوم علیون کیا ہے؟ یہ ایک لکھی ہوئی کتاب ہے، مقربین اس کی گواہی دیتے ہیں۔ اور اس نے ہمارے دشمن کو سجین سے پیدا کیا، اور ان کے پیروکاروں کے دلوں کو اسی چیز سے پیدا کیا جس سے انہیں پیدا کیا، اور ان کے جسموں کو اس سے نیچے کی چیز سے۔ پس ان کے دل ان کی طرف مائل ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ انہیں اسی چیز سے پیدا کیا گیا جس سے وہ پیدا کیے گئے۔ پھر آپ نے یہ آیات تلاوت فرمائیں: ہرگز نہیں! بے شک فجار کی کتاب سجین میں ہے۔ اور تمہیں کیا معلوم سجین کیا ہے؟ یہ ایک لکھی ہوئی کتاب ہے۔ اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لیے ہلاکت ہے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, and someone else, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and someone else, from Muhammad Bin Khalaf, from Abu Nahshal who said, ‘Muhammad Bin Ismail narrated to me, from Abu Hamza Al Sumaly who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying that Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Majestic and Mighty created us<sup>asws</sup> from the high Illiyeen and Created the hearts of our<sup>asws</sup> Shia from what He<sup>azwj</sup> Created us<sup>asws</sup> from, and Created their bodies from besides that, and their hearts lend to yearn towards us<sup>asws</sup>, because these have been Created from what we<sup>asws</sup> have been Created from’. Then he<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> recited these Verses <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:83#h18"><a href="/books/quran:83#h18">[83:18]</a></a> Nay! Most surely the record of the righteous shall be in the Iliyeen. <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h19"><a href="/books/quran:83#h19">[83:19]</a></a> And what will make you know what the highest Iliyeen is? <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h20"><a href="/books/quran:83#h20">[83:20]</a></a> It is a written book, <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h21"><a href="/books/quran:83#h21">[83:21]</a></a> Those of Proximity witness it</span>. And He<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup> Created our<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> enemies from Sijjeen, and Created their adherents from what He<sup style="font-weight: normal">azwj</sup> Created them from, and their bodies from besides that. Thus, their hearts yearn towards them because these were Created from what they were Created from’. Then he<sup style="font-weight: normal">asws</sup> recited these Verses <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:83#h7"><a href="/books/quran:83#h7">[83:7]</a></a> Nay! most surely the record of the wicked is in the Sijjeen. <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h8"><a href="/books/quran:83#h8">[83:8]</a></a> And what will make you know what the Sijjeen is? <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h9"><a href="/books/quran:83#h9">[83:9]</a></a> It is a written book. <a href="/#/books/quran:83#h10"><a href="/books/quran:83#h10">[83:10]</a></a> Woe on that day to the beliers</span>’.
