كُلُّ يَمِينٍ لَا يُرَادُ بِهَا وَجْهُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فِي طَلَاقٍ أَوْ عِتْقٍ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Safwan, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Every oath not intended for the Sake of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> the High, regarding a divorce or freeing a slave, so it is not with anything’.
