Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Haroun Bin Muslim, from Mas’ada Bin Sadaqa who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullahasws saying, and heasws had been asked about what is allowed and about what is not allowed from the intention on the conscience regarding the oath, so heasws said: ‘It is allowed in one place and it is not allowed in another. So as for what is allowed, so when one was oppressed, so whatever one swears with and the core of the oath, so it is upon his intention; and when there was an oppressor, so the oath would be upon the intention of the oppressed’.
