لِلْعَبْدِ أَنْ يَسْتَثْنِيَ فِي الْيَمِينِ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً إِذَا نَسِيَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Husayn Al Qalanasy, or one of his companioins, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said to the worshipper: ‘The exclusion in the oath is in what is between it and forty days, when you forget’.
