كُلُّ مَنْ عَجَزَ عَنْ نَذْرٍ نَذَرَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, form Jameel Bin Salih, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Musa<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Every one who is frustrated from fulfilling his vow, so his expiation is an expiation of an oath’.
