Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal, from Uqba Bin Khalid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding a man who had a debt upon him for a man, so he enforced it. So the enforced one said that every Permissible upon him is Prohibited if he continues until he satisfies him. So he went out from him before he had pleased him. How should he deal with it, and he does not know what is the extent of his oath, and there was no intention of his for it?’ Heasws said: ‘It is not with anything’.
