Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan Bin Shamoun, from Abdullah Bin Abdul Rahman Al Asamma, from Misma’a Bin Abdul Malik, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, that Amir Al-Momineenasws was asked about a man who vowed and did not specify anything. Heasws said: ‘If he so desires to, he can Pray two Cycles, and if he so desire to he can Fast for a day, and if he so desires to he can give charity with a loaf (of bread)’.
