میں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام کو اللہ عزوجل کے اس قول کے بارے میں فرماتے ہوئے سنا: 'پس جب انہوں نے ہمارا عذاب محسوس کیا تو اچانک وہ اس سے بھاگنے لگے۔ بھاگو نہیں، اور اس عیش و عشرت کی طرف لوٹ آؤ جو تمہیں دی گئی تھی اور اپنے گھروں کی طرف، تاکہ تم سے پوچھ گچھ ہو۔' آپ نے فرمایا: جب قائم قیام کریں گے اور بنی امیہ کی طرف شام میں فوج روانہ کریں گے تو وہ روم کی طرف بھاگ جائیں گے۔ رومی ان سے کہیں گے: ہم تمہیں داخل نہیں ہونے دیں گے جب تک تم عیسائی نہ ہو جاؤ۔ پس وہ اپنی گردنوں میں صلیبیں لٹکا لیں گے تو وہ انہیں داخل کر لیں گے۔ جب قائم کے اصحاب ان کے پاس پہنچ جائیں گے تو وہ امان اور صلح طلب کریں گے۔ قائم کے اصحاب کہیں گے: ہم ایسا نہیں کریں گے جب تک تم ہمارے ان لوگوں کو ہمارے حوالے نہ کر دو جو تمہارے پاس ہیں۔ پس وہ انہیں حوالے کر دیں گے۔ یہی اس کا قول ہے: 'بھاگو نہیں، اور اس عیش و عشرت کی طرف لوٹ آؤ جو تمہیں دی گئی تھی اور اپنے گھروں کی طرف تاکہ تم سے سوال کیا جائے۔' آپ نے فرمایا: وہ ان سے خزانوں کے بارے میں پوچھیں گے حالانکہ وہ ان کے بارے میں ان سے زیادہ جاننے والے ہیں۔ آپ نے فرمایا: پس وہ کہیں گے: ہائے ہماری بربادی! بے شک ہم ظالم تھے۔ وہ یہی کہتے رہیں گے یہاں تک کہ ہم انہیں تلوار سے کاٹ کر بجھا دیں گے۔

Translation

<a id="_Toc492473106">H 14463</a> – Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Fazaal, from Sa’albat Bin Maymoun, from Badr Bin Al-Khaleel Al-Asady who said: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-i">‘I</span> heard Abu Ja’far</span>^asw^s saying regarding the Statement of Allah^azwj Mighty and Majestic: <span class="ibTxt">“<a href="/#/books/quran:21#h12"><a href="/books/quran:21#h12">[21:12]</a></a> Yet, when they felt Our Punishment (coming), behold, they (tried to) flee from it. <a href="/#/books/quran:21#h13"><a href="/books/quran:21#h13">[21:13]</a></a> Flee not, but return to the good things of this life which were given you, and to your homes in order that ye may be called to account.”</span> He^asws said: ‘When Al-Qaim^asws makes the stand, and sends (an army) to the Clan of Umayya in Syria, so they will run away to ‘al-Rome’. So the Romans will say to them, ‘We will not let you enter until you become Christians’. So they will hang crosses upon their necks and allow them to enter. So when the companions of Al-Qaim^asws descend upon them, they (Romans) will seek security and reconciliation. So the companions of Al-Qaim^asws will say, ‘We will not do that until you hand over to us the ones who came to you beforehand from us’. So they will hand them over. So that is His^azwj Statement: <span class="ibTxt">“<a href="/#/books/quran:21#h13"><a href="/books/quran:21#h13">[21:13]</a></a> Flee not, but return to the good things of this life which were given you, and to your homes in order that ye may be called to account”</span>. He^asws said: ‘So he^asws will question them about the treasure although he^asws knows more than them about it. So they will say, ‘O woe be upon us! Surely we have been unjust’. They will not cease invoking that invocation of theirs until they will be cut down to extinction by the sword’.
