اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ كَأَنَّما أُغْشِيَتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ قِطَعاً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مُظْلِماً قَالَ أَ مَا تَرَى الْبَيْتَ إِذَا كَانَ اللَّيْلُ كَانَ أَشَدَّ سَوَاداً مِنْ خَارِجٍ فَلِذَلِكَ هُمْ يَزْدَادُونَ سَوَاداً.
Translation
<a id="_Toc492473484">H 14803</a> – Yahya Al-halby, from Al-Musna, from Abu Baseer, who has said: <span class="first-chapter-phrase"><span class="first-in-chapter character-a">A</span>bu Abdullah</span><sup>asws</sup> regarding the Statement of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic: <span class="ibTxt">“<a href="/#/books/quran:10#h27"><a href="/books/quran:10#h27">[10:27]</a></a> as if their faces had been covered with slices of the dense darkness of night”</span>, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘But, have you seen the house when it is the night, so it would be darker inside than the outside of it. So, like that, their darkness would be increased’.
