النَّدَامَةُ عَلَى الْعَفْوِ أَفْضَلُ وَ أَيْسَرُ مِنَ النَّدَامَةِ عَلَى الْعُقُوبَةِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Abu Khalid Al Qammat, from Humran, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The regret upon the pardoning is superior and easier than the regret upon the punishing’.
