سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ يَا مَالِكُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُعْطِي الدُّنْيَا مَنْ يُحِبُّ وَ يُبْغِضُ وَ لَا يُعْطِي دِينَهُ إِلَّا مَنْ يُحِبُّ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Washa, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Malik Bin Ayn Al Juhny who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘O Malik! Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Gives the world to the one whom He<sup>azwj</sup> Loves and (the ones whom) He<sup>azwj</sup> Hates, and (but) does not Gives His<sup>azwj</sup> Religion except to the one whom He<sup>azwj</sup> Loves’.
