قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ لَيُحْبَسُ عَلَى ذَنْبٍ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ مِائَةَ عَامٍ وَ إِنَّهُ لَيَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَزْوَاجِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ يَتَنَعَّمْنَ .

ہمارے بعض اصحاب نے سہل بن زیاد سے، انہوں نے محمد بن الحسن بن شمّون سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عبدالرحمن الاعصم سے، انہوں نے مصمع بن عبدالملک سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ (عليه السلام) سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ (عليه السلام) نے فرمایا: بے شک بندہ اپنے گناہوں میں سے ایک گناہ کے سبب سو سال تک روک دیا جاتا ہے، جبکہ وہ جنت میں اپنی بیویوں کو نعمتوں سے لطف اندوز ہوتے دیکھتا رہتا ہے۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan Bin Shamoun, from Abdullah Bin Abdul Rahman Al Asamma, from Misma’a Bin Abdul Malik, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The servant may be Withheld, upon the commission of a sin from his sins, for a hundred years. He would be looking at his wives in the Paradise, enjoying the Bounties’.
