كِتَابٍ انْظُرْ أَنْ لَا تُكَلِّمَنَّ بِكَلِمَةِ بَغْيٍ أَبَداً وَ إِنْ أَعْجَبَتْكَ نَفْسَكَ وَ عَشِيرَتَكَ .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Hammad, from Hareyz, (It has been narrated) from Misma’a Abu Sayyar that Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> wrote to him in a letter: ‘Look (be careful) that you do not speak with a transgressing word, ever, and even if it astounds yourself and your clan’.
