مَنْ لَمْ يَسْأَلِ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ فَقَدِ افْتَقَرَ .

حمید بن زیاد نے خشاب سے، انہوں نے ابن بقاح سے، انہوں نے معاذ سے، انہوں نے عمرو بن جمیع سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جو شخص اللہ عزوجل سے اس کے فضل کی دعا نہیں کرتا، وہ فقیر ہو جاتا ہے۔
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Khashhab, from Ibn Baqah, from Muaz, from Amro Bin Jumie, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who does not ask Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic of His<sup>azwj</sup> Grace, so he would become poor’.
