قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَيَدْفَعُ بِالدُّعَاءِ الْأَمْرَ الَّذِي عَلِمَهُ أَنْ يُدْعَى لَهُ فَيَسْتَجِيبُ وَ لَوْ لَا مَا وُفِّقَ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الدُّعَاءِ لَأَصَابَهُ مِنْهُ مَا يَجُثُّهُ مِنْ جَدِيدِ الْأَرْضِ .
اردو
ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: بے شک اللہ عزوجل دعا کے ذریعے اس امر کو دور کرتا ہے جسے اس نے جانا کہ اس کے لیے دعا کی جائے گی، پس وہ قبول کرتا ہے۔ اور اگر بندے کو اس دعا کی توفیق نہ دی جاتی تو اسے اس سے ایسی چیز پہنچتی جو اسے زمین کی سطح پر گرا دیتی۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, raising it, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Repels due to the supplication, the matter which He<sup>azwj</sup> Knows that it would be supplicated for, so He<sup>azwj</sup> would Answer; and if the servant does not supplicate in accordance to that, he would be hit from it (the affliction) what would bend his face to the earth’ (to humiliate him).
