سُئِلَ عَنْ مَعْنَى اللَّهِ فَقَالَ اسْتَوْلَى عَلَى مَا دَقَّ وَ جَلَّ .
اردو
ہمارے اصحاب میں سے ایک جماعت، احمد بن محمد البرقی سے، وہ قاسم بن یحیی سے، وہ اپنے دادا حسن بن راشد سے، وہ ابوالحسن موسیٰ بن جعفر علیہ السلام سے کہ فرمایا: ان سے 'اللہ' کے معنی کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا: [اللہ] وہ ذات ہے جو ہر باریک اور ہر عظیم چیز پر غالب ہے۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al Barqy, from Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al Hassan Bin Rashid, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Musa<sup>asws</sup> Bin Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the Meaning of ‘Allah’. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The One Who Conquers upon whatever is slight and majestic’.
