الْبِئْرِ يَكُونُ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَ الْكَنِيفِ خَمْسَةُ أَذْرُعٍ أَوْ أَقَلُّ أَوْ أَكْثَرُ يُتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهَا قَالَ لَيْسَ يُكْرَهُ مِنْ قُرْبٍ وَ لَا بُعْدٍ يُتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهَا وَ يُغْتَسَلُ مَا لَمْ يَتَغَيَّرِ الْمَاءُ .

کنویں کے بارے میں جس کے اور بیت الخلاء کے درمیان پانچ ہاتھ یا اس سے کم یا زیادہ فاصلہ ہو — کیا اس سے وضو کیا جا سکتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: 'قربت یا دوری کی وجہ سے کوئی کراہت نہیں؛ جب تک پانی تبدیل نہ ہو اس سے وضو اور غسل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔'
Translation
Ahmad Bin Idrees, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Abbad Bin Suleyman, from Sa’ad Bin Sa’ad, from Muhammad Bin Al Qasim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> regarding the well, ‘There happens five cubits to be between it and the bathroom, or less or more, can Ablution <span class="iTxt">(Wudhu)</span> be performed from it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Its abhorrence is not from it be close or far, one can perform Ablution <span class="iTxt">(Wudhu)</span> from it and wash from it for as long as the water is not altered (taste or smell or colour)’.
