لِبَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ مُرِي نِسَاءَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنْ يَسْتَنْجِينَ بِالْمَاءِ وَ يُبَالِغْنَ فَإِنَّهُ مَطْهَرَةٌ لِلْحَوَاشِي وَ مَذْهَبَةٌ لِلْبَوَاسِيرِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Haroun Bin Muslim, from Mas’ada Bin Ziyad, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> that the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> said to one of his<sup>saww</sup> womenfolk: ‘Instruct the womenfolk of the Believers that they should be cleansing their private parts with the water, and they should be thorough, for it is a purification for the surrounding areas and the remover of the haemorrhoids’.
