قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنَا خَالِقُ الْخَيْرِ وَ الشَّرِّ فَطُوبَى لِمَنْ أَجْرَيْتُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ الْخَيْرَ وَ وَيْلٌ لِمَنْ أَجْرَيْتُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ الشَّرَّ وَ وَيْلٌ لِمَنْ يَقُولُ كَيْفَ ذَا وَ كَيْفَ هَذَا قَالَ يُونُسُ يَعْنِي مَنْ يُنْكِرُ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ بِتَفَقُّهٍ فِيهِ .

علی بن ابراہیم سے، محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، یونس سے، بکّار بن کردم سے، مفضل بن عمر اور عبد المؤمن الانصاری سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: اللہ عزّ وجلّ نے فرمایا: میں اللہ ہوں۔ میرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ میں خیر اور شر کا پیدا کرنے والا ہوں۔ پس خوشخبری اس کے لیے جس کے ہاتھوں پر میں نے خیر جاری کیا، اور ہلاکت اس کے لیے جس کے ہاتھوں پر میں نے شر جاری کیا، اور ہلاکت اس کے لیے جو کہتا ہے: یہ کیسے ہے اور وہ کیسے ہے؟ یونس نے کہا: اس سے مراد وہ شخص ہے جو اس معاملے کو سمجھتے ہوئے اس کا انکار کرتا ہے۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Bakkar Bin Kardim, from Mufazzal Bin Umar and Abdul Momin Al Ansary, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic Said: “I<sup>azwj</sup> am Allah<sup>azwj</sup>. There is no god except Me<sup>azwj</sup>. I<sup>azwj</sup> am the Creator of the good and the evil. So beatitude is for the one I<sup>azwj</sup> Flow the good upon his hands, and woe is for the one I<sup>azwj</sup> Flow the evil upon his hands, and woe is for the one who is saying, ‘How is that so and how is this so?’. Yunus (the fourth narrator) said, ‘It means the one who denies this matter by understanding in it’.
