قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالسُّوءِ وَ الْفَحْشَاءِ فَقَدْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْخَيْرَ وَ الشَّرَّ بِغَيْرِ مَشِيئَةِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ أَخْرَجَ اللَّهَ مِنْ سُلْطَانِهِ وَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْمَعَاصِيَ بِغَيْرِ قُوَّةِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ النَّارَ .

علی بن ابراہیم نے محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے یونس بن عبدالرحمن سے، انہوں نے حفص بن قرط سے، انہوں نے حضرت ابو عبداللہ (علیہ السلام) سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا: 'جو شخص یہ دعوی کرے کہ اللہ برائی اور فحاشی کا حکم دیتا ہے، اس نے اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھا۔ اور جو شخص یہ دعوی کرے کہ بھلائی اور برائی اللہ کی مشیت کے بغیر ہوتی ہے، اس نے اللہ کو اس کی سلطنت سے خارج کر دیا۔ اور جو شخص یہ دعوی کرے کہ گناہ اللہ کی قوت کے بغیر ہوتے ہیں، اس نے اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھا۔ اور جو اللہ پر جھوٹ باندھے، اللہ اسے دوزخ میں داخل کرے گا۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus Bin Abdul Rahman, from Hafs Bin Qurt, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The one who claims that Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Commands with the evil and the immoralities, so he has lied upon Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, and the one who claims that the good and the evil exist without the Desire of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, so he has exited Allah<sup>azwj</sup> from His<sup>azwj</sup> Authority, and the one who claims that the disobedience is (committed) without the (given) Strength of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, so he has lied upon Allah<sup>azwj</sup>. And the one who lies upon Allah<sup>azwj</sup>, Allah<sup>azwj</sup> would Enter him into the Fire’.
