Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al Husayn Bin Abu Al A’ala who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the man who passes by the water well and there is no bucket with him (to draw the water with)’. Heasws said: ‘It is not upon him that he descends into the water well. The Lordazwj of the water, Heazwj is (also) the Lordazwj of the earth. So let him perform <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span>’.
