Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Dawood Al Raqqy who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘I happen to be in the journey and the <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span> becomes due, and there is no water with me, and it is said that the water is nearby from us, should I seek the water left and right and I am in the time (for <span class="iTxt">Salaat</span>)?’ Heasws said: ‘Do not seek the water, but perform <span class="iTxt">Tayammum</span>, for Iasws fear upon you, being left behind from your companions, so would stray and the predators might devour you’.
