قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) حَدِّثْنِي عَنِ الصَّبِيِّ إِلَى كَمْ تُغَسِّلُهُ النِّسَاءُ فَقَالَ إِلَى ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Ibn Fazzal, from Yunus Bin Yaqoub, from Ibn Al Numeyr, a slave of Al Haris Bin Al Mugheira who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Narrate to me about the male child, up to how much (age) can the women wash him?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Up to three years’.
