الرَّجُلِ يَقَعُ طَرَفُ ثَوْبِهِ عَلَى جَسَدِ الْمَيِّتِ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ غُسِّلَ الْمَيِّتُ فَلَا تَغْسِلْ مَا أَصَابَ ثَوْبَكَ مِنْهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يُغَسَّلْ فَاغْسِلْ مَا أَصَابَ ثَوْبَكَ مِنْهُ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Ali Bin Raib, from Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man whose side of his clothes fall upon a body of the deceased. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If the deceased had been washed, so he does not have to wash whatever of your clothes had touched from it, but if he had not been washed, so wash whatever of your clothes had hit from it’.
