سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ تَفْجَأُهُ الْجِنَازَةُ وَ هُوَ عَلَى غَيْرِ طُهْرٍ قَالَ فَلْيُكَبِّرْ مَعَهُمْ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan Al A’ala, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>), said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about the man who suddenly comes across the funeral and he is upon (a state) without an ablution. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘So let him exclaim along with them’.
