ہمارے اصحاب کی ایک جماعت نے احمد بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے حسین بن سعید سے، انہوں نے فضالہ سے، انہوں نے عبد اللہ بن سنان سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ایک آدمی نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس سے گزرا جبکہ آپ اپنے بعض حجروں کو درست کر رہے تھے۔ اس نے کہا: یا رسول اللہ! کیا میں آپ کی جگہ کافی نہ ہو جاؤں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: جیسا چاہو۔ جب وہ فارغ ہو گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا: تمہاری حاجت کیا ہے؟ اس نے کہا: جنت۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے سر جھکا لیا، پھر فرمایا: ہاں۔ جب وہ پلٹا تو آپ نے اسے بلایا: اے اللہ کے بندے! سجدوں کو لمبا کر کے ہماری مدد کرو۔

Translation

A group of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Fazalat, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah^asws having said: ‘A man passed by the Prophet^saww and he^saww was repairing one of his^saww chambers, so he said, ‘O Rasool-Allah^saww! Can I suffice (help) you^saww?’ So he^saww said: ‘If you so like’. So when he was free, Rasool-Allah^saww said to him: ‘(What) is your need?’ He said, ‘The paradise’. So Rasool-Allah^azwj remained silent, then said: ‘Yes (Granted)’. So when he turned around (to leave), he^saww said to him: ‘O servant of Allah^azwj! Assist us^saww by prolonging <span class="iTxt">Sajdah </span>(the Zakāt)’’.
