سَأَلَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَسْبَاطٍ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) وَ نَحْنُ نَسْمَعُ الشَّفَقُ الْحُمْرَةُ أَوِ الْبَيَاضُ فَقَالَ الْحُمْرَةُ لَوْ كَانَ الْبَيَاضُ كَانَ إِلَى ثُلُثِ اللَّيْلِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Fazzal who said, ‘Ali Bin Asbaat asked Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> and we were listening, ‘Is the twilight the redness or the whiteness?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The redness. If it was the whiteness, it would have been up to the third of the night’.
