سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْأَذَانِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ فَلَا وَ إِذَا كَانَ وَحْدَهُ فَلَا بَأْسَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Al Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Yahya Bin Imran Bin Ali Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the <span class="iTxt">Azān</span> before Al-Fajr, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When it was in a <span class="iTxt">Jam’at</span>, so no, and when he was alone, so there is no problem’.
