كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) فِي سَجْدَةِ الشُّكْرِ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ شُكْراً شُكْراً وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ عَفْواً عَفْواً .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Ali Bin Muhammad Al Qasany, from Suleyman Bin Hafs Al Marouzy who said, ‘I wrote to Abu Al-Hassan Musa<sup>asws</sup> Bin Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the <span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span>-e-<span class="iTxt">Shukr</span> (<span class="iTxt">Sajdah</span> of gratitude). So he<sup>asws</sup> wrote to me: ‘One hundred times (saying) ‘Thank You<sup>azwj</sup>!’, and if you so desire, (saying), ‘Excuse me! Excuse me!’ (one hundred times)’.
