اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ الَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَعْلُومٌ. لِلسَّائِلِ وَ الْمَحْرُومِ أَ هُوَ سِوَى الزَّكَاةِ فَقَالَ هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يُؤْتِيهِ اللَّهُ الثَّرْوَةَ مِنَ الْمَالِ فَيُخْرِجُ مِنْهُ الْأَلْفَ وَ الْأَلْفَيْنِ وَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْآلَافِ وَ الْأَقَلَّ وَ الْأَكْثَرَ فَيَصِلُ بِهِ رَحِمَهُ وَ يَحْمِلُ بِهِ الْكَلَّ عَنْ قَوْمِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad Bin Abdullah, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Usman Bin Isa, from Ismail Bin Jabir, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Might and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:70#h24"><a href="/books/quran:70#h24">[70:24]</a></a> And those in whose wealth there is a known right <a href="/#/books/quran:70#h25"><a href="/books/quran:70#h25">[70:25]</a></a> For him who asks and for him who is denied</span>, ‘Is it besides the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is the man whom Allah<sup>azwj</sup> has Given the fortune from the wealth, so he extracts from it the thousand, and the two thousand, and the three thousand, and the less and the more, so he helps his relatives with it, and carries by it the burdens from his people’.
