الْبُسْتَانِ تَكُونُ فِيهِ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ مَا لَوْ بِيعَ كَانَ مَالًا هَلْ فِيهِ صَدَقَةٌ قَالَ لَا .

علی بن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے حماد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے حریز سے، انہوں نے محمد بن مسلم سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر اور ابو عبد اللہ علیہما السلام سے باغ کے بارے میں کہ جس میں پھل ہوں کہ اگر بیچے جائیں تو مال بن جائے — کیا اس پر زکوٰة ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: نہیں۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> or Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the orchard wherein happen to be the fruits, ‘What if it were to be sold, there would be wealth, would there be charity (payable) regarding it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No’.
