John Shaqi

إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَكَ وَدِيعَةٌ تُحَرِّكُهَا فَعَلَيْكَ الزَّكَاةُ فَإِنْ لَمْ تُحَرِّكْهَا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ شَيْ‏ءٌ .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘If there was a deposit with you and you move (use) it, so upon you would be the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>. But if you do not move (use) it, so there would be nothing upon you’.
