الزَّكَاةِ فَقَالَ مَا أَخَذَ مِنْكُمْ بَنُو أُمَيَّةَ فَاحْتَسِبُوا بِهِ وَ لَا تُعْطُوهُمْ شَيْئاً مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ فَإِنَّ الْمَالَ لَا يَبْقَى عَلَى هَذَا أَنْ تُزَكِّيَهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Ays Bin Al Qasim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Whatever the Clan of Umayya take from you, so reckon with it (as being <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>), and do not give them anything what you can (get away with), for the wealth would not remain (but being depleted), if <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span> were to be paid twice’.
