قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ شَجَرَةُ النُّبُوَّةِ وَ مَوْضِعُ الرِّسَالَةِ وَ مُخْتَلَفُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ بَيْتُ الرَّحْمَةِ وَ مَعْدِنُ الْعِلْمِ .

محمد بن یحیی، عبداللہ بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، وہ اپنے والد سے، وہ عبداللہ بن المغیرہ سے، وہ اسماعیل بن ابی زیاد سے، وہ جعفر بن محمد سے، وہ اپنے والد علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: امیر المؤمنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: ہم اہلِ بیت نبوت کا درخت، رسالت کی جگہ، فرشتوں کی آمد و رفت کی جگہ، رحمت کا گھر، اور علم کا معدن ہیں۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from his father, from Abdullah Al Mugheira, from Ismail Bin Abu Ziyad, (It has been narrated) from Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> Bin Muhammad<sup>asws</sup>, from his<sup>asws</sup> father<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-<span class="iTxt">Momineen</span><sup>asws</sup> said: ‘We<sup>asws</sup>, the People<sup>asws</sup> of the Household, are the tree of Prophet-hood, and a receptacle of the Message, and the inter-change of Angels (where Angels come and go), and the House of Mercy, and the Mine of Knowledge’.
