سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لِمُحْتَرِفٍ وَ لَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ قَوِيٍّ فَتَنَزَّهُوا عَنْهَا .
Translation
Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz Bin Abdullah, from Zurara Bin Ayn, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I heard him<sup>asws</sup> saying that the charity (<span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>) is not Permissible for the professional, nor for the one with capability, normal, strong, so he should keep himself away from it (taking the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>)’.
