نَعَمْ إِنَّ الدَّارَ وَ الْخَادِمَ لَيْسَتَا بِمَالٍ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from someone else, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> and Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> both having been asked about the man for whom is a house and a servant or a slave, ‘Can he accept the <span class="iTxt">Zakāt</span>?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes. The house and the servant are not (considered as) wealth’.
